Our Process
Consultation
Our process begins with a phone consultation where we discuss each couple’s vision and goals for the day. We shape a package that offers the right amount of coverage, creating space for the celebration to unfold naturally. Couples should feel guided and supported—never pressured—as this call is a chance to connect, ask questions, and get a clear sense of what their day could look like with us.
Booking
If a couple chooses to move forward, they receive a contract and invoice, with a deposit securing the date. We are available throughout the planning process, checking in as needed and working closely with the couple and their vendor team to ensure everything feels organized, seamless, and stress-free leading up to the wedding day.
Your shoot & delivery
On the wedding day, we try to blend in with guests and family while capturing the day as the day flows. Gentle direction is given when needed, ensuring each couple receives the portraits they want without being pulled away from the moments that matter most. After the celebration, we begin crafting the gallery, film, or both, with final delivery typically shared within six weeks.
